The E.M.E pop star has been everywhere recently, after his performance at the 1xtra Live stage organised by BBC Radio 1xtra where he performed alongside international stars like Trey Songz,Kendrick Lemar and British acts Angel and Tulisa, which he totally shut down with his hit track “love my baby”. Eva Alordiah Covers MyStreetz Magazine

This Sexy Female rapper is not slowing down on us. She gracefully covers the soon-to-be released version of MyStreetz magazine.
Previous editions of the Magazine have had the likes of M.I, Iceprince, Olamide and most recently, Sound Sultan on their covers.
Now Eva Alordiah stares back at us with leopard-like eyes in this new edition as MyStreetz first cover girl.

It would interest you to know that the Makeup and Body paint was done by the very talented Eva herself, standing in as a Makeup artist for her company -’makeupByOrsela and the beautiful picture was taken by Obi Somto.
Editor in Chief of ‘MyStreetz Magazine, Sesan Adeniji seems really excited about the cover, quoting
“This is a story about the 60 year old struggle of Women in the Naija music industry and their attempt to survive.
A story that says Eva is Ready-to-Play”.

The cover in entirety is reminiscent of Sesan’s drive for quality. Boasting an unmatched content quality coupled with outstanding print craftsmanship
which makes MyStreets magazine a Nigerian world Standard Magazine.
It would be interesting to know all that Eva has got to say about her struggles in the music business. Looking good!

Nicki Minaj Signs Nigerian To Her New Record Label

Nicki Minaj has signed London based Nigerian artist Parker Ighile to her new record label. The Super Bass singer says she is however yet to come up with a name for it as she is looking for one that will suit male artists as well.

Its now becoming common place for American rappers to sign African artists to their record label. Kanye West opened the gates by signing D banj and Don Jazzy to Good Music music, followed by Akon’s Konvict Music who signed Nigeria’s P Square and Kenya’s 14 year old Wilson. Akon who was recently in Kenya for a concert is yet to make public names of artists he signed during his visit.

Nicki has been signed to Young Money, lil Wayne’s record label. It has been a precedent for American rappers to establish their own record labels when they hit the pinnacle of their careers. Lil Wayne was himself signed to Birdman’s CMB Cash Money Brothers before opening his own. This could however be a make or break decision for Nicki especially if she leaves her current record label as the stable is often very instrumental to an artist’s success and such can be said of Young Money and Nicki Minaj.
