In an interview with the beautiful Raquel, the songstress tipped this song as her next biggest hit record on her up and coming Debut Album titled @25, she later disclosed that the song was produced by one of Africa’s renowned international Nigerian producer /sound engineer who goes by the name of TEE-Y MIX.

BlackStar SR Entertainment is in talks with Pascal-Aka Director, as the director most likely to produce this new and exciting music video for the song ‘Lovi Dovi‘. Pascal-Aka has directed hit video which includes D-Blacks “Vera”, EL’s “Kaalu”& “Obuumo”, “Alone” by Trigmatic and more.

The first vocals for ‘Lovi Dovi‘ was recorded at Black Avenue Music Studios by Dj Breezy, the Second and final vocals were recorded at EBUZU Studios by JAYSO an Internationally renowned Ghanaian music producer, engineer and professional musician. Eazzy AS NEW Judge IN ‘The Next Big Thing’ hip-hop On GhOne

Ghanaian rapper/singer Eazzy surely has caught the reality TV bug! After her stint on the Big Brother Stargame reality TV series a few months ago, she has joined another reality TV show, this time as a judge. Eazzy will be judging on the 8 episode finals of ‘The Next Big Thing’ hip-hop talent hunt on GH-One Entertainment Television. She will join rapper, Okyeame Kwame as the core-judging panel for the show.

The Next Big Thing enters the finals with 12 contestants after successful auditions, quarter finals and keenly contested semi-finals. The 12 will be performing for judges and the public in the next few weeks, with evictions and an eventual crowing of a winner for the maiden edition of the hip-hop talent search.

Viasat 1 has announced a new broadcast time for exciting music TV show 30minitz. According to Anthony Mintah Junior, an executive from the networks programmes department, 30minitz will from Thursday 6^th September 2012 air at 8:30pm exactly after MTV meets which will air at 8pm every Thursday. This change the source added will last for three weeks pending the introduction of a new entertainment show after which 30minitz will revert to its current time 9:30pm. The repeat broadcast time for 30minitz, Saturday 11:30am however remains unchanged.

In a different development, producers of the show have announced the acquisition of an exclusive YouTube channel for the show.

The YouTube channel, www.Youtube.com/30minitzliveMi was launched last week exactly 30minutes to the airing of the second episode of the show on Viasat 1. This adds up to the show’s already created digital platforms on facebook and twitter.

MTV NEWS | MTV UNVEILS “2012 MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS” NOMINATIONS

MTV has kicked off its annual countdown to the biggest night in music by officially announcing the nominees for the “2012 MTV Video Music Awards” and unveiling the first two VMA performers. 

Set to rock this year’s show, airing Saturday 8 September @ 17.30 CAT on MTV Base (DStv Channel 322), from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, is four-time VMA Award-winner, Alicia Keys, who will premiere a brand new song from her upcoming album, and the British boy band phenoms, One Direction, who are first-time VMA performers and nominees.

"Debuting a new song at the VMAs is definitely special. I debuted "No One" at the VMAs - it was the first time anyone in the world heard “No One,” says Keys. “It’s the perfect setting. It’s the right energy. It’s the right vibe. People are so excited about the night of music and hearing different styles that it just goes over really well. I can’t wait!”

Rihanna and Drake lead the charge with an impressive five VMA nominations each, including the coveted, “Video of the Year” for her hit “We Found Love” as well as their joint smash, “Take Care.” While Drake received additional nods for “Best Hip Hop Video,” “Best Male Video,” “Best Art Direction” and “Best Cinematography,” Rihanna racked up additional nods for “Best Female Video,” “Best Choreography,” “Best Visual Effects” and “Best Pop Video.” Katy Perry follows as a close second with four VMA nods.

Ashley Cole Injury Hits England

COLE is set to pull out of the England squad with an ankle injury.

The Chelsea defender picked up the knock in the Blues' UEFA Super Cup defeat to Atletico Madrid on Friday. And he is a major doubt for the Three Lions’ World Cup qualifiers with Moldova and Ukraine. Roy Hodgson’s men travel to face Moldova in Chisinau on Friday before playing Ukraine at Wembley on Tuesday. He is expected to meet up with the England camp on Monday afternoon but will meet physios to discuss his injury. Leighton Baines would be Cole’s natural replacement at left-back in the England starting XI. And his fellow Chelsea team-mate Ryan Bertrand could also step in after impressing for Team GB at the Olympics. Cole, 31, is currently on 98 caps for his country and would have reached his century had he featured in the double-header.

Meanwhile, Manchester City midfielder Jack Rodwell has pulled out of England Under-21s squad to face Azerbaijan on Thursday. The midfielder picked up a knock on his knee in the 3-1 win over QPR on Saturday.
