1 has announced a new broadcast time for exciting music TV show 30minitz.
According to Anthony Mintah Junior, an executive from the networks programmes
department, 30minitz will from Thursday 6th September 2012 air at
8:30pm exactly after MTV meets which will air at 8pm every Thursday. This
change the source added will last for three weeks pending the introduction of a
new entertainment show after which 30minitz will revert to its current time 9:30pm.
The repeat broadcast time for 30minitz, Saturday 11:30am however remains
unchanged.
In a different development,
producers of the show have announced the acquisition of an exclusive YouTube
channel for the show.
The YouTube channel,
www.Youtube.com/30minitzliveMi was launched last week exactly 30minutes to the
airing of the second episode of the show on Viasat 1. This adds up to the
show’s already created digital platforms on facebook and twitter.
Commenting on the development,
The Co-executive producer Ezekiel Tetteh also known as “Stip” stated that “We
are glad to maximize the show’s experience beyond just TV; we want our fans to
share in the experience on the go as well. Fans can now access 30minitz on TV
on Viasat 1, online and on Mobile; we will soon come out with our radio
platform as well. Stip further added.

30minitz is an exciting local
music show on Viasat 1 Ghana that provides television viewers the opportunity
to see how their favourite music stars collaborate to record new songs and film
videos. The show is jointly produced by Solid Multimedia an audio-visual
productions company and Outburst Communications and hosted by Sadiq Abdulai Abu
who co-executive produces it as well.
