VIP to open 4syte Music Video Awards, as 4×4 premieres
‘London Bridge’ video!
The organizers of the 2012 MTN 4syte TV Music Video Awards
have announced that the hip-life trio, VIP will open the show with a massive
performance like never before. VIP is nominated for 7 nods this year, including
Best Group Video, Best Directed Video, Best Hip Hop Video, Best Special Effect
Video, Best Edited Video, Best Hip-life Video and the Most Popular Video for
“Pampanaa”.
They’ll serve up a great performance of their new single “Push Over” which features Donae’o, as well as other new and old hits. Group member, Zeal (formerly Lazy) commented on being the opening act for the awards: ”We just feel really blessed every day. We have the most amazing fans.
If that’s not enough for you, R2Bees will also grace the stage with their hit songs and Keche will make their 4syte TV Music Video Awards debut. Picking up from their massive closing performance at the 2011 edition of the award, nominees 4X4 will also drop to make the worldwide debut of their video to their new single “London Bridge” from their upcoming album, “Forward Ever Backwards Never”
The fourth edition of the annual awards, which will hold at Accra International Conference Center on Saturday November 17, will also feature one of Ghana’s finest Divas Itz Tiffany who promises nothing but the best on the night. Confirmed presenters include the Best Female Presenter of the year Jeremie and Jay Foley of 4SyteTv and 2131 fame.
